1 Introduction and scope of application

This declaration on digital accessibility applies to the website of the project management organization RKW Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH Rationalisierungs- und Innovationszentrum published under the domain www.fachkraft-im-fokus.de. The aim is to make this website accessible in accordance with the requirements of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0).

The declaration is made in accordance with Section 12a of the Disability Equality Act (BGG) in conjunction with Section 3 of the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). 4.1 Accessible content

The following content and functions are implemented barrier-free in accordance with the applicable standards:

• Complete operability of all navigation and functional elements using the keyboard
• Visible and comprehensible focus display for keyboard navigation
• Uniform and consistent navigation structure on all pages
• Forms with clear labels and logical tab order
• Optimized layout for different end devices (responsive design)
• Correct labeling of the language and language changes using HTML attributes
• Readability and usability with screen reader technologies is generally guaranteed

4.2 Non-accessible content

Some of the content on this website is not yet fully accessible. The following points could only be implemented to a limited extent or not yet.

Reason:
The complete implementation of accessibility in the following areas would currently represent a disproportionate burden:

• Limited correctly labeled semantic structures such as headings, lists and tables
• Limited meaningful and context-related link texts
• Older PDF documents that do not meet the requirements for accessible documents
• Older videos without subtitles, audio descriptions or transcripts
• Graphics or visualizations without a supplementary textual description
• Missing jump labels for easier navigation
• Embedded third-party content (e.g. maps, payment systems, social media plugins) whose accessibility is beyond our control
