General Employers' Association of the Economy for Saxony-Anhalt e. V.
The AVW informs and supports its members according to general guidelines in matters of economic and social policy, in particular in matters of labor law, social law and collective agreements. Any employer or freelancer based in Saxony-Anhalt can become a member of the AVW. The AVW offers services such as information events, panels for management and HR managers and the monthly newsletter service on a wide range of topics.

with the right to make proposals and appointments before the labor and social courts,

The members receive support in collective employment law, all employment law issues, the conclusion of works agreements, work regulations and company collective agreements.
Advice network Queraufstieg
Networked advice on dropping out of university in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt and Lower Saxony
The "Queraufstieg" advisory network is the first digital point of contact for young people from the four participating federal states who are having doubts about their studies or have already dropped out.
Offers
You can find information, guidance and inspiration for professional reorientation, for example in the stories about dropouts on the web portal at www.queraufstieg.de, on Instagram or in the Study Dropout Podcast. Via the web portal, dropouts and students in doubt can also find the right free advice service in Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony-Anhalt or Lower Saxony to support them in the decision-making process. This helps them discover their strengths and the career path that suits them best - regardless of whether they are studying or training.</p
<p class="p">In addition, the cross-state network offers players from vocational and academic counseling the opportunity to network (supra)regionally on the topic of dropping out of university. At information events and workshops, counselors can exchange ideas on topics from counseling practice. During company and career explorations, they get to know the training activities of a company directly on site.</p
<p class="p">The project is being implemented by the Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) gGmbH and MA&T Organisationsentwicklung GmbH and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) as part of the Education Chains Initiative.
Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Saxony-Anhalt
The employers' association thrives on the active diversity of its voluntary members, who contribute a wide range of experience and ideas to the association's work.
Its tasks and objectives are:
Liaising with politics and administration, banks and institutions
Initiating and participating in regional projects (education, energy, IT security and data protection)
Organizing events (meetings, forums, trade fairs) as a communication platform by and for entrepreneurs
Providing support from experts in the fields of business security, taxes, law and technology.
KAUSA regional office Saxony-Anhalt "ZuSA"
The aim of the KAUSA regional office in Saxony-Anhalt "ZuSA" is to establish sustainable support structures in order to increase the participation of young people with a migration background in training. Initial and referral advice for young people with a migration background on issues relating to dual training is an important task of the project.</p
<p class="p">Tasks
The focus of the work is on supporting small and medium-sized companies, especially those run by migrants, on their way to becoming a training company.
The focus is now also on young people from EU and third countries who are interested in training and who are seeking qualified training in Germany as part of the Skilled Immigration Act. The KAUSA regional office in Saxony-Anhalt "ZuSA" supports companies that want to offer this target group a training place. It prepares the companies for the young people and provides advice on all aspects of integration. The KAUSA project team also offers comprehensive advice to those interested in training and organizes their integration into dual training.</p
