The state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus works together with cooperation partners to secure skilled workers in Saxony-Anhalt. In a network of chambers, associations and clubs as well as universities, we have the opportunity to quickly and reliably refer specific questions to these partners. Our regional consultants at the Saxony-Anhalt WelcomeCenter offer regional players knowledge transfer through training courses, online seminars and an online information library as well as exchanges of experience for volunteers and full-time players. As a cooperation partner of the Saxony-Anhalt Continuing Education Agency, we also advise you on funding programs for continuing vocational training and qualification.
