RKW Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH is seeking to expand its team at the Dessau-Roßlau Regional Advisory Office as of September 1, 2024 (or later), specifically to focus on helping companies secure skilled workers as part of the state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus.”
Responsibilities
- Continuing education counseling for SMEs and employees of SMEs,
- Advice on funding opportunities for SMEs and skilled workers,
- Consulting on POE strategies in SMEs and on “Good Work,”
- Action plans for implementing regional networking efforts, as well as
- Topic areas, taking into account the process requirements from the consulting chain “Searching for, finding, retaining, and developing skilled workers” and the requirements related to the increasing digitalization of the workplace.
Requirements
- Working independently to shape topics and processes
- Ensuring that the project’s target groups—including company management—are addressed in a manner appropriate to the assignment, and developing solution strategies and concepts tailored to their needs
- Organizing a guidance process with the involvement of experts
Applicants must have a completed university or university of applied sciences degree and
- preferably several years of professional experience (otherwise, relevant expertise must be demonstrated in another way),
- with basic knowledge of funding strategies and programs,
- strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills,
- strong knowledge and skills in using modern communication technology,
- and strong social and professional intercultural skills
