RKW Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH is looking for new staff to join its regional advisory center in Dessau-Roßlau on September 1, 2024 (or later), with a particular focus on supporting companies in securing skilled workers as part of the state initiative "Fachkraft im Fokus" (Focus on Skilled Workers).
Areas of responsibility
- Continuing education consulting for SMEs and SME employees
- Advice on subsidies for SMEs and skilled workers
- Consulting on POE strategies in SMEs and on good work
- Action requirements for implementing regional networking and
- complex issues, taking into account the process requirements from the consulting chain "Searching for, finding, retaining, and developing skilled workers" and the requirements in connection with the increasing digitalization of the working world.
Requirements
- Independent, topic- and process-oriented work
- Ensuring that the project's target groups, including company management, are addressed in a manner appropriate to the task at hand, and developing needs-based solution strategies and concepts
- Organization of a pilot process with expert involvement
Applicants with a university or technical college degree and
- preferably several years of professional experience (otherwise, expertise should be demonstrated in other ways),
- with basic knowledge of funding strategies and programs,
- good communication skills, networking and problem-solving skills,
- strong knowledge and skills in the use of modern communication technology,
- strong social and professional intercultural skills
