RKW Sachsen-Anhalt GmbH is looking for reinforcement in the Dessau-Roßlau regional advisory centre as of 01.09.2024 (or later), especially for the focus on supporting companies in securing skilled workers within the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus.
Areas of responsibility
- Further training counselling for SMEs and for employees in SMEs,
- Funding counselling for SMEs and for skilled workers,
- Advice on POE strategies in SMEs and on good work
- Action requirements for the implementation of regional networking and
- Complex topics taking into account the process requirements from the consulting chain "Seeking, finding, retaining and developing skilled workers" and the requirements in connection with the increasing digitalisation of the world of work.
Requirements
- Independent, topic- and process-organising work
- Ensuring that the project's target groups, including the management of companies, are addressed appropriately and developing needs-based solution strategies and concepts
- Organisation of a pilot process with the involvement of experts
Applicants with a degree from a university or university of applied sciences and
- preferably several years of professional experience (otherwise, proof of expertise should be provided elsewhere),
- with basic knowledge of funding strategies and programmes,
- good communication skills, networking and problem-solving skills,
- strong knowledge and skills in the use of modern communication technology,
- strong social and professional intercultural skills
