The WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt cordially invites you to attend the online seminar "Between Skilled Labor Shortages and Diversity – Perspectives on a Culture of Welcome in Eastern Germany" on December 16, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The seminar is aimed at people who work in migration, either full-time or on a voluntary basis.

For the social perspective, we are looking forward to a contribution from Bianca Dülken (Minor – Science Society). She will present a short paper analyzing the data and research basis for the welcoming culture in Saxony-Anhalt.

Kerstin Mogdans from the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt will shed light on the operational perspective. She will provide insights into practical experiences from companies: How is a welcoming culture lived in everyday working life? What factors are crucial for the successful integration of immigrants?

In addition to these two presentations, we would like to make the seminar interactive and engage in conversation with you. What experiences have you had in your practice? What does a welcoming culture mean to you personally – and what conditions are necessary for it to exist?

Bring your perspectives and experiences with you – we look forward to an open and lively exchange!

Click here to register. The registration deadline is December 12, 2025.

You will receive the access link shortly before the seminar. The event is free of charge.
