Our colleagues Julius Hentschel and Kerstin Mogdans were on site at the BVMW Saxony-Anhalt's annual economic policy kick-off in the Hyparschale Magdeburg to engage in dialogue with companies and network partners.
At our stand, we presented the services offered by the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus and the Saxony-Anhalt (North) Further Training Agency. This led to many interesting discussions - particularly on the topics of further training, securing skilled labour and integrating foreign skilled workers.
The companies took the opportunity to find out about funding opportunities and support programmes in order to position themselves for the future. We are delighted that we were able to provide valuable impetus and point out suitable contacts and relevant funding programmes.
