On 21 March 2024, we met with seven other projects in Magdeburg to discuss the intercultural opening of companies. Firstly, various offers were presented that support companies in Saxony-Anhalt in sensitising themselves and their employees to diversity and democratic values. We then discussed how these offers and interested companies can find each other. We also identified some gaps in the existing support structures that should be filled in order to meet the existing needs in the federal state.
