On March 21, 2024, we met with seven other projects in Magdeburg to discuss the intercultural opening of companies. First, various offerings were presented that support companies in Saxony-Anhalt in raising awareness of diversity and democratic values among themselves and their workforce. We then discussed ways in which these offerings and interested companies can find each other. We also identified some gaps in the existing support structures that should be filled in order to meet the existing needs in the state.
