At the beginning of 2025, the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus (Skilled Workers in Focus) will once again be present at various job and career fairs in Saxony-Anhalt. Experts from the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt, the Skilled Workers Advisory Service, and the Saxony-Anhalt Continuing Education Agency will be on hand to provide individual advice to interested visitors.
The focus will be on topics such as career orientation, continuing education opportunities, securing skilled workers, and integrating international workers. Companies will receive information on support programs and assistance in attracting and retaining skilled workers. Job seekers and employees will have the opportunity to clarify personal questions about career prospects and qualification paths.
Our presence at regional trade fairs enables direct exchange with those seeking advice and local companies—an important contribution to strengthening the labor market in Saxony-Anhalt.
