In 2025, the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus will once again be present at various job and career fairs in Saxony-Anhalt at the beginning of the year. Experts from the Saxony-Anhalt WelcomeCentre, the Skilled Labour Advisory Service and the Saxony-Anhalt Continuing Education Agency will be on hand to provide individual advice to interested visitors.
The focus will be on topics such as professional orientation, further training opportunities, securing skilled labour and the integration of international workers. Companies will receive information on funding programmes and support in recruiting and retaining skilled workers. Jobseekers and employees have the opportunity to clarify personal questions about career prospects and qualification paths.
The presence at regional trade fairs enables a direct exchange with those seeking advice and local companies - an important contribution to strengthening the labour market in Saxony-Anhalt.
