In 2025, the state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus” will once again be present at various job and career fairs across Saxony-Anhalt at the start of the year. Experts from the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt, the Skilled Workforce Advisory Service, and the Saxony-Anhalt Continuing Education Agency will be on hand to provide personalized advice to interested visitors.
The focus is on topics such as career guidance, continuing education opportunities, securing skilled workers, and the integration of international workers. Companies receive information on funding programs and support in recruiting and retaining skilled workers. For job seekers and employees, this offers the opportunity to clarify personal questions regarding career prospects and pathways to qualification.
Participation in regional job fairs enables direct interaction with job seekers and local companies—an important contribution to strengthening the labor market in Saxony-Anhalt.
