As part of the H2HUB project in Saxony-Anhalt, an event was held today that offered companies in the region a comprehensive overview of the current funding opportunities for continuing education and workforce development. The event, held at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Köthen, aimed to inform companies, self-employed individuals, and freelancers about the guidelines for the “Saxony-Anhalt CONTINUING EDUCATION” funding program and to underscore the importance of targeted continuing education offerings for securing skilled workers.
Presentation of State Funding by André Gottschalk
A key part of the event was the presentation of funding opportunities by our regional advisor, André Gottschalk. The presentation focused on funding for continuing education measures supported by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) and the state of Saxony-Anhalt. These funding programs aim to strengthen the professional qualifications of employees, enable self-employed individuals and entrepreneurs to implement future-oriented human resources strategies, and thereby sustainably increase the competitiveness of companies in the region. The state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus” has made a dedicated brochure available for download to introduce the state funding program “Sachsen-Anhalt WEITERBILDUNG.”
