The state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus (Focus on Skilled Workers) supports skilled workers, new immigrants, companies, and regional stakeholders in all matters relating to securing skilled workers. With its five regional advisory centers, the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus is the first point of contact for securing skilled workers in Saxony-Anhalt. Together with regional network partners, it provides comprehensive advice and support services.

Saxony-Anhalt faces the challenge of counteracting the consequences of demographic change and presenting itself as an attractive place to live and work. SMEs in particular complain about the lack of well-trained skilled workers, who form an essential basis for the innovation and competitiveness of companies. We help by bringing skilled workers and companies together, advising them on funding opportunities, and thus making further training more attractive.
