On April 24, 2025, it will be that time again: 34 companies from Saxony-Anhalt will be honored for their employee-oriented corporate culture and receive the state seal "Employee-oriented company – I feel at home here." The award ceremony will take place at the Golfpark Dessau event center, where Minister Petra Grimm-Benne will present the awards together with the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus (Focus on Skilled Workers). A special highlight of the evening will be the premiere of three videos that provide exciting insights into the practical implementation of "good work."
Wertenetz®: A model of success for employers and employees
Since the introduction of the Wertenetz® process in 2018, 317 companies in Saxony-Anhalt have already participated. The aim is to analyze the values of employees and managers and compare them with the reality in the company. The results are impressive: almost 60 percent of the participating companies have received the state seal. The initiative is particularly proud that some companies have been recertified several times – clear proof of the program's lasting impact.
Care companies show how it's done
A look at this year's award winners shows that Saxony-Anhalt's care sector is strongly represented. Of the 34 companies that received awards, ten are from the care sector. This means that the sector accounts for around one-seventh of all previous seal holders. This is a strong indication that attractive conditions can be created even in challenging fields of work.
