On 24 April 2025, the time has come again: 34 companies from Saxony-Anhalt will be honoured for their employee-oriented corporate culture and receive the state seal "Employee-oriented company - I feel good here". The award ceremony will take place at the Golfpark Dessau event centre, where Minister Petra Grimm-Benne will present the awards together with the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus. A special highlight of the evening: the premiere of three videos that provide exciting insights into the lived practice of "Good Work".
Werteetz®: a successful model for employers and employees
Since the Values Network® process was introduced in 2018, 317 companies in Saxony-Anhalt have already taken part. The aim is to analyse the values of employees and managers and compare them with the reality in the company. With impressive results: Almost 60 per cent of the participating companies received the state seal of approval. The initiative is particularly proud of the fact that some companies have been recertified several times - clear proof of the sustainable impact of the programme.
Care companies show how it's done
A look at this year's award winners shows that Saxony-Anhalt's care sector is strongly represented. Ten of the 34 award-winning companies come from the care sector. This means that the sector accounts for around one seventh of all previous award winners. A strong sign that attractive conditions can also be created in challenging fields of work.
