On November 7, 2024, the time had come: The first meeting of the recipients of the state seal “The Employee-Oriented Company – I Feel at Home Here” took place in the Skylounge of Hasomed GmbH in Magdeburg. Under the motto “Seal Club,” participants exchanged ideas and made valuable connections.
Over 100 companies in Saxony-Anhalt now hold the state seal—a visible sign of outstanding working conditions and a genuine commitment to employee-oriented practices. They all prioritize a corporate culture that focuses on the satisfaction and retention of their employees.
A knowledge pool for exchange and inspiration
The SiegelClub meeting served as a valuable platform for a multifaceted exchange among the participating companies. Different perspectives and experiences were shared, demonstrating just how diverse approaches to key issues such as securing skilled workers can be.
Among other things, the focus was on how companies can better address the individual expectations and needs of their employees. It became clear that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions and that each organization must find its own path that fits its unique culture and workforce.
Further meetings are in the works
The success of the first meeting demonstrated how important and enriching mutual exchange is. Therefore, additional SiegelClub events will follow in the future. The goal is to strengthen networking among SiegelClub members and to work together on solutions and ideas for an even more employee-friendly work environment.
With the State Seal and the SiegelClub, the state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus” creates a platform where companies can support one another and learn from each other.
