Premiere of the SiegelClub: companies exchange ideas on good work

On 7 November 2024, the time had come: the first meeting of the bearers of the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel good here" took place in the Skylounge of Hasomed GmbH in Magdeburg. Under the motto "SiegelClub", the participants exchanged ideas and made valuable contacts.

On 7 November 2024, the time had come: the first meeting of the bearers of the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel good here" took place in the Skylounge of Hasomed GmbH in Magdeburg. Under the motto "SiegelClub", the participants exchanged ideas and made valuable contacts.

Over 100 companies in Saxony-Anhalt now bear the state seal - a visible sign of outstanding working conditions and employee-orientation in practice. They all rely on a corporate culture that focusses on the satisfaction and loyalty of their employees.

A knowledge pool for exchange and inspiration

The SiegelClub meeting served as a valuable platform for a wide-ranging dialogue between the participating companies. Different perspectives and experiences were shared, showing how diverse the approaches to key topics such as securing skilled labour can be.

Among other things, the focus was on the question of how companies can better cater to the individual expectations and needs of their employees. It became clear that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions and that each organisation must find its own way that suits its own culture and workforce.

Further meetings are being planned

The success of the first meeting showed how important and enriching the exchange of ideas is. This is why further SiegelClub events will follow in the future. The aim is to strengthen networking between the seal holders and to work together on solutions and ideas for an even more employee-friendly working environment.

With the state seal and the SiegelClub, the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus is creating a platform on which companies can support each other and learn from each other.
