As part of the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025, trainees from all over Saxony-Anhalt are being called upon to engage intensively with the topic of digitalization and to search for innovative approaches to optimizing work processes and introducing new technologies in their training companies. Their contributions and ideas are of enormous importance in making work processes more innovative, efficient, and effective, and in successfully mastering the challenges of the digital future.
All trainees at a registered training company of the Halle (Saale) Chamber of Crafts, the Magdeburg Chamber of Crafts, the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Magdeburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce are invited to take part in the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025! They can submit their ideas for digitizing their training company by March31, 2025, in the form of a 3-4-minute video or presentation by email to zukunftszentrum-lsa(at)f-bb(dot)de. The winners will be announced in June 2025 at a ceremony.

The Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (f-bb) gGmbH is a cooperation partner of the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus (Focus on Skilled Workers). The AZUBI4ID Challenge is organized by the project Zukunftszentrum Digitale Arbeit Sachsen-Anhalt (Future Center for Digital Work Saxony-Anhalt), under the consortium leadership of the Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (f-bb) gGmbH. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund as part of the "Future Centers" program and co-financed by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, and Equality of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
