As part of the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025, trainees from all over Saxony-Anhalt are being called upon to take an in-depth look at the topic of digitalisation and to search for innovative approaches to optimising work processes and introducing new technologies in their training company. Their contributions and ideas are hugely important for making work processes more innovative, efficient and effective and successfully mastering the challenges of the digital future.
All trainees of a registered training company of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Halle (Saale), the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Magdeburg, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Halle-Dessau and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Magdeburg are invited to take part in the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025! You can submit your idea for the digitalisation of your training company by 31.03.2025 as a 3-4 minute video or as a presentation by email to zukunftszentrum-lsa(at)f-bb(dot)de. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in June 2025 .

The AZUBI4ID Challenge is organised by the Zukunftszentrum Digitale Arbeit Sachsen-Anhalt project, under the consortium management of the Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) gGmbH. It is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund as part of the "Future Centres" programme and co-financed by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, Health and Equality of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
