As part of the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025, apprentices from all over Saxony-Anhalt are encouraged to engage deeply with the topic of digitalization and to seek out innovative approaches within their training companies for optimizing work processes and introducing new technologies. Their contributions and ideas are of enormous importance for making work processes more innovative, efficient, and effective, and for successfully mastering the challenges of the digital future.
All apprentices at a registered training company affiliated with the Halle (Saale) Chamber of Crafts, the Magdeburg Chamber of Crafts, the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and the Magdeburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce are invited to participate in the AZUBI4ID Challenge 2024/2025! They can submit their ideas for digitizing their training company by March31, 2025, in the form of a 3- to 4-minute video or a presentation via email to zukunftszentrum-lsa(at)f-bb(dot)de. The winners will be announced in June 2025 during a special ceremony.

The Research Institute for Corporate Education (f-bb) gGmbH is a cooperation partner of the state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus.” The AZUBI4ID Challenge is organized by the “Zukunftszentrum Digitale Arbeit Sachsen-Anhalt” project, under the consortium leadership of the Forschungsinstitut Betriebliche Bildung (f-bb) gGmbH. It is funded as part of the “Zukunftszentren” program by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund, and co-financed by the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, and Equality of the State of Saxony-Anhalt.
