What requirements must be met in order to be eligible for the right of residence for opportunities under Section 104c of the Residence Act? When is the best time to apply for this residence permit? These and other questions were the focus of the online seminar held by the WelcomeCenter Saxony-Anhalt on August 9, 2023. Thomas Stöckl, lawyer and specialist in migration law, presented the legal basis, key problem areas, and relevant case law, and provided numerous practical tips and recommendations for the advisory work of those present. Various practical cases were also discussed.
