State Seal of Recognition for Employee-Focused Companies in Saxony-Anhalt: The Springberg Nursing Home and the Stendal Social Services Center Received the Award

Two social service organizations from Stendal have been awarded the state seal of approval, demonstrating how an employee-oriented corporate culture is put into practice through appreciation and team spirit.

Last week, the Saxony-Anhalt state initiative “Focus on Skilled Workers” awarded two companies from Stendal the state seal

“The Employee-Oriented Company – I Feel at Home Here”:

the Springberg Nursing Home and the Stendal Social Services Center.

Both facilities are led by Ms. Ines Dehmel, Managing Partner, who accepted the awards on their behalf. The fact that the state seal was awarded to both organizations underscores how important an appreciative corporate culture is for attracting and retaining skilled workers in the care and social sectors.

Employee-Focused Approach as a Key to Success for Skilled Workers

The presentations of the state seal were deliberately held during the course of a typical workday:

at the Springberg nursing home during the lunch break together with employees and residents, and at the Stendal social services center as part of a team consultation. This clearly placed the focus on the people who contribute daily to the success of the facilities.

Both events were attended by, among others, the mayor of theHanseatic City of Stendal, who emphasized the importance of good working conditions for securing aregional skilled workforce in Saxony-Anhalt.

Award Based on an Employee Survey

The state seal is based on a structured employee survey using the Wertenetz© methodology, which assesses the extent to which corporate values align with employees’ needs. The results show:

Visibility for good companies in Saxony-Anhalt

With these two awards, the facilities are among the more than 150 recognized companies in Saxony-Anhalt that serve as positive examples of an employee-oriented corporate culture. In total, more than 360 companies have already participated in the survey based on the Wertenetz©.

The state initiative “Fachkraft im Fokus Sachsen-Anhalt” supports companies in highlighting their quality as employers, thereby specifically attracting and retaining skilled workers for Saxony-Anhalt.
