The overriding goal of our work is to satisfy all customers with our product and service packages and thus help them to achieve the greatest possible success. However, it is also very important to us that all our employees are satisfied with their daily tasks and enjoy their work. Because only those who enjoy what they do can achieve maximum performance.

Our employees enjoy a great deal of flexibility when working at 3DQR. This freedom ranges from dynamic working hours on a trust-based basis, to the most autonomous working atmosphere possible, to the option of occasionally working from home. We also offer our colleagues the opportunity to try out different departments in our company so that they can test themselves and develop their full potential.

The primary aim of our survey was to gain an up-to-date impression of the general satisfaction of our employees. We were mainly interested in finding out whether our employees feel comfortable in their daily work at 3DQR or whether there are aspects where there is potential for improvement.

The continuous training of our employees is a point to which we have paid too little attention in the past. However, as the opportunity for individual and professional development is very important to us, we have made it a priority for the future to work on providing our employees with more training.
