We work in self-organized agile teams made up of employees from a wide variety of backgrounds - agile software development is not just a buzzword for us, but a company philosophy that we live by. The compatibility of private life and work is a priority for us, as is the health of our employees and the footprint we leave on society and the environment as a company. We support this philosophy with various benefits, which we are constantly expanding. For example: professional occupational health management (OHM), flexible working hours and mobile working, promotion of environmental aspects such as e-mobility, JobRad and Deutschland-Ticket, protection via company pension scheme (BAV) and company health insurance (BKV).

When we first took part in the survey in 2021, we were naturally curious to see whether the very good working atmosphere we felt was also reflected in the results of an employee survey. In the second round, we also wanted to check whether we could maintain the high standard from the results of the first survey - and lo and behold, we were even able to slightly exceed it. We chose "Wertenetz" because we were impressed by the approach - a "non-purchasable" quality seal awarded by a public body, over which the management has no influence during the survey and analysis. In addition, true to the motto "Do good and talk about it", we have decided to use this seal of quality more publicly in order to make ourselves known and interesting to future employees.

Topics that have occupied us since the company was founded and that we have continuously expanded and continue to expand are: Health management, high-quality further training, agile teamwork, retirement provision and the large complex of work-life balance. We support this through flexible working time models and working hours, mobile working and support for young families by covering daycare and after-school care costs. At such a high level, the main concern is of course to maintain this standard, coupled with the company's continued alignment with the principles of "New Work" or rather "New Normal". As soon as new topics arise, such as company health insurance in the last year, we immediately check whether they can be implemented for our employees.
