Apel Augenoptik GmbH (2019*)

Founded in 1957, the family business is an institution in the Altmark region. Customers can find the right glasses or hearing aid at the six locations in Salzwedel, Stendal, Gardelegen, Klötze, Osterburg and Haldensleben. The results of the employee survey showed that the 41 employees are more than satisfied with their jobs.

The survey provided the management with anonymous and honest feedback. In addition, the survey gave employees the opportunity to take a closer look at the topic of employer attractiveness themselves: "What is really important to me in order to feel comfortable at my workplace?"
