We use our collective strength, create knowledge and awareness to promote equality and protect the planet.

We try to take into account the ideas and wishes of our employees. We develop strategic goals with the Management Board, management and employees at joint closed meetings. We take the wishes of our employees into account when designing the work schedule. Mobile working where possible as well as job bikes and job tickets are benefits that are well received.

Every two years, we have conducted a satisfaction survey to determine where we can develop so that employees can realize and expand their potential and enjoy working for us. Participation in the inpatient care for the elderly was always very low.
Through external surveys, we wanted to gain even more confidence in surveys so that employees can recognize that their cooperation is paying off, because we are trying to jointly address the aspects where there is great dissatisfaction. With this second survey, we now also have the opportunity to apply for the seal. This shows us that this format is helpful in supporting our learning processes in the organization!

More energy is to be invested in the long-term retention of new and existing specialists. The aim is to further reduce staff turnover and to be an employer that takes a holistic view of people and deploys them according to their skills and abilities. To this end, we are continuing to expand our personnel development and are looking individually with all employees to see whether and where development potential can be promoted and how this can be done in an individual and team-friendly manner. We also pay attention to a good and enriching team structure and involve employees heavily in decision-making.
We want to increase our presence at trade fairs and schools in order to promote young talent and advertise meaningful work at a value-based employer that is committed to a sustainable, friendly and resilient society with a heart, alongside a history of over 100 years and political activity.
