Our qualified nursing and care team gives our residents a feeling of security in their new home and takes care of their well-being around the clock.

Our company is characterized in particular by good quality management. All processes are clearly and comprehensibly formulated. The trigger for participation was the desire to determine the current state of employee satisfaction. Thanks to the survey, we now know the mood of the employees and can therefore respond better to their wishes and needs. The background to the survey was to find out which measures are well received by employees and where there is potential for improvement. Participation was an opportunity to highlight the strengths of the company and to further develop as a forward-looking company, not only for the employees, but also for a high quality of care.

We want to continue working on digitalization (AI-controlled rostering and stationary route planning) in the future in order to further simplify processes.
