AZV-Altmark Zeitarbeit Vogel GmbH & Co KG has been active as a personnel service provider throughout Germany and internationally since 1994. The focus is on the business areas of "temporary employment" and "private placement". In addition, the company is also a partner for "on-site management", i.e. the complete management of temporary workers on site. "I am convinced that motivated and satisfied employees are the key to our success," explains Mathias Lenz. He therefore specifically supports his employees by financing job-related further training and providing individual company vehicles. They also have a lot of freedom in planning and organizing their day-to-day work. After the first survey, the remuneration system was adjusted for the entire workforce.

During the initial analysis, it was important for Mathias Lenz to obtain a picture of the mood of his employees after his start as Managing Director. As a result, a number of restructuring measures were implemented. In this year's survey, he therefore wanted to find out what effect these measures are having on everyday working life.

As Managing Director, he is more than satisfied with the even better result than in 2019. His employees confirmed with this survey result that the important and correct changes were introduced after the first survey.

"The 1st value network analysis in 2019 revealed a number of areas for action in the company, although the overall result was already very positive. The associated changes in the company had a further positive impact on the result of the 2nd value network analysis in 2020. This confirms that our company is on the right track and is an attractive employer for the region," summarizes Lenz.
