In our bike stores, we combine our passion for bicycles with a great team culture and impress our customers with a complete bike service. 47 employees work in the areas of sales, rental, repair, equipment, spare parts and clothing and realize our high quality standards.

For us, the basic idea of "good work" is open, fair and team-oriented cooperation. For us, it only works together. If necessary, challenges are addressed without delay and discussed/worked through together. For us, "good work" means "it's everyone's business" - each individual contributes to our success.

Our company organizes employee evenings and events several times a year. Events are also held purely for team bonding and appreciation. For individual and group exchanges, feedback rounds and one-to-one meetings are held at regular intervals.

All of the above is highly valued by employees. There are also weekly in-house training sessions and quarterly external training sessions, which are very well received by employees. Monetary benefits include the gross profit bonus system, insurance commissions and a 50% subsidy on bicycle leasing, as well as smaller tokens of appreciation in between.

Due to the expansion (reopening of the Cube Store Potsdam), it was important for us to pick up the long-standing employees at the locations in Magdeburg and ensure that they were not forgotten in the turbulent growth process of recent months. On the other hand, we wanted to make the start for all new employees as optimal as possible and ultimately take everyone's needs into account. Furthermore, the last employee survey (without a values network) was conducted three years ago, which resulted in many measures. We wanted to review their success (and non-success).

We will continue to train our employees intensively. This includes products as well as corporate values / communication, etc. In addition, we will continue to train and have trainers trained and verified. Although we have more trainers than necessary, we see many long-term benefits and concentrated knowledge in the training of trainers in order to continuously improve vocational training in our company. We continue to offer management training to our employees with staff responsibility, which is conducted externally at a very high level. This comprises 2-3 training courses of 6-9 training days each (four employees in 2023). As we consider every employee to be a specialist, we also see the continuous and regular employee evenings and events as important measures for exchanging ideas and retaining specialists.
