"I learn here" is the slogan of the education center. We are a place for living and learning. In addition to imparting knowledge, we attach great importance to cultivating relationships. We want to be the first point of contact for all questions relating to training and further education for all nursing and healthcare professions. For us, leadership is associated with goals and visions, which we are determined to implement.

Employee orientation is particularly evident in the flexibility of working hours for all employees, which is very lifeworld-oriented. For example, employment contracts are adapted to employees' wishes at short notice (increase or reduction in working hours). Pay is market-oriented and dynamic. Team development is very important, e.g. twice a year we organize closed meetings that focus on the company's goals and involve the entire team in planning and implementation. We run our company as a management team and take a resource-oriented approach to strengthen the self-efficacy of our employees. New are health days in cooperation with a health insurance company, which promote the resilience and health of employees. Employees are offered a sports program twice a week.

The education center is taking part in the survey for the fourth time. As the team has grown since the last survey, we wanted to give all employees the opportunity to get involved. New structures have emerged with the increase in nursing training providers and the expansion of further education and training courses. It is important for managers to recognize the need for change and adaptation at an early stage and to initiate measures.

We would like to continue to facilitate further and advanced training for employees as a personnel development measure. Health-promoting measures to strengthen resilience. Maintaining a good working atmosphere through team days, closed meetings, etc.

We have already initiated the establishment of a "Health Promotion" working group. In order to meet employees' desire for the latest technical equipment, we are planning to relocate the training center in the summer and improve the IT system. An open exchange between employees and management has been introduced by planning open consultation hours.
