We want to be perceived as a craft business that interprets tradition and craftsmanship in a modern way. The training and development of our employees is very important to us. We therefore do not see ourselves as bosses but as members of a modern manufactory.
Bögelsack Möbelmanufaktur employs people who have been with the company for 10, 20 or 30 years. They are therefore part of a whole. We try to involve them in the development of our company and thus create and offer modern, skilled jobs. Through constant investment in the company, workplaces have been/are being redesigned. Load lifters, transport aids, new transporters, new break room.
With every investment, we try to make the workflow easier. That's why it was important for us to ask our employees whether they felt the same way.
In the future, we will work intensively on the external presentation of the carpentry trade. Through open days, internships and trade fairs, we will show the diversity and interest of our profession.
