We are a "colorful" team - diversity, including the different nationalities of our employees, is not something we discuss, but something we have lived for a long time.

We always have an open ear for our employees' problems and suggestions, and we do this on an equal footing. Despite the demanding nature of the job, we always try to ensure
reconcile work and family life. Our semi-annual information day on a voluntary basis is perceived as very positive by the entire employee base and we can look back on a proud participation rate of approx.
a proud participation rate of around 95%. Suggestions and problems are taken up in informal discussions and later provided with joint solutions. We attach great importance to the "we" feeling.

With the recertification, we wanted to check whether the measures taken since the first certification have been effective and what pent-up demand still exists.

We are constantly working to expand the "we together" concept and do so on an equal footing. What is important to us here is the compatibility of family and career = listening to the
employees and finding a solution together. We always strive to ensure that our trainees receive the best possible training, because we want to be able to take on skilled workers at the end of their training.
