B.T. innovation GmbH (2019*)

What began in 1991 as a regional wholesaler for construction products has now developed into an internationally recognized company that brings solutions and products for future-oriented construction to construction sites and precast concrete plants. BT Innovation has customers in over 70 countries worldwide, is at home at international trade fairs and cooperates with trading partners in all major markets.

For us, employees are the most important potential in the company. This is why we had already implemented key measures before the survey, such as the targeted professional and personal development of our employees, taking into account their individual wishes for optimal qualification. We offer weekly massages and quarterly chiropractor treatments for all employees. In addition, every employee has a modern and ergonomically designed workstation as well as a regular supply of free fruit.

The explicit comparison between the requirements and wishes of the employees with possible further measures was a focus of the survey, in addition to the initiation of new topics and the adaptability of the topics. We carried out the employee survey according to the Values ^Network©because it is anonymous, the evaluation by Fachkraft im Fokus as an external service provider and the low effort required were convincing. It was also important for us to be able to integrate the results into the work processes in the long term.

As a result of the survey, annual employee appraisals are held to ensure continuous development. In future, managers will be involved in a management workshop.
