The corporate philosophy of the Care Campus is based on respect, transparency and trusting cooperation. The Care Campus relies on its employees. They are its most important resource. Involving and developing them is in the interests of the management (participative management and leadership style).

The Care Campus Harz is committed to challenging and supporting its employees. Every employee has the opportunity to gain further professional qualifications with the support of the company. This is possible in the form of Bachelor's and Master's degree courses as well as further and advanced training. The Care Campus also focuses on a good work-life balance. The good combination of on-site working hours and working from home is particularly noteworthy here. There is also balanced communication within the teams in order to find solutions to any problems as they arise. Transparency is very important throughout the Care Campus, be it in the form of joint closed meetings, regular team consultations or open discussions with each other, the school management or the management. The remuneration of employees is tied to collective agreements and therefore regular adjustments are made.

With the help of the survey, it was possible to determine how satisfied the employees are and what can still be considered and improved. In our view, team development is also based on the promotion and development of staff. This also involves the CCH employees getting involved themselves. This should be regularly highlighted and opportunities for this should be found.

The feedback from the employees was very positive. In concrete terms, however, we are planning to further improve the workplace situation (office situation; back-friendly workstations (ergonomics)...). Specifically, height-adjustable desks were ordered on a case-by-case basis. The implementation of joint rituals and celebrations is also a (soft) team point that should be built up/maintained.
