Chausseehaus gGmbH (2018, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024*)

Chausseehaus gGmbH operates facilities for the care and support of people with mental and psychological disabilities in inpatient and outpatient settings at 3 locations in the district of Stendal with a total of 76 employees. This year we are celebrating our 25th anniversary. Some of our 76 employees have been with us from the very beginning. This shows me as Managing Director that I am doing everything right and that my employees feel at home in my company.

It is important to the management that employees feel comfortable in our company and that they have good working conditions to make their challenging work with our residents and clients as easy as possible. We are aware that every employee in the company is of equal value and that we can only create a good atmosphere between everyone if we work together in a good, transparent and respectful way. Employees appreciate the fact that we evaluate the annual employee appraisals and provide feedback to the management, in which wishes and opportunities for improvement can also be mentioned. The evaluation takes place in an appreciative setting in which the management engages in a direct exchange with the employees.

For us, the seal means that we can use the survey to reflect the mood and satisfaction of our employees. For us, it is a seal of quality for our facility. We are very proud to have been awarded the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel at home here".

The important thing for us is:

• How comfortable, or not, do employees feel at our company?
• Uncovering problems and deficits that employees may not name so directly
• Our own ambition to win a prize with the company :)
