The team celebrates communication, openness and honesty. Of course, a certain level of expertise is required. Age, origin and gender are completely irrelevant here. In the interest of improving ourselves as a company, we looked at the topic of core values. Above all, we wanted to use it to highlight the strength of the company, which of course includes our team. The option of a survey with Wertenetz© came at the best time.
We would like to initiate regular feedback meetings between each employee and their line manager (+CEO), further training depending on the employee's wishes, regular joint language courses (business English) for all willing employees. We have already implemented the procurement of new technology in the short term at the request of individual employees. Following the survey and evaluation of benefits in everyday office life (muesli dispenser, fruit), these measures will be implemented in the near future. Measures for occupational health management are also planned. In the long term, we would like to implement job bikes, digital meal vouchers (tax-free lunch allowance) and company health insurance for employees.
