CvM joint practice for occupational therapy & speech therapy (2019, 2021, 2023*)

Our practice is a joint practice for speech therapy & occupational therapy as well as hearing center & tutoring and is located in a polyclinic. Five employees use their specialist knowledge to alleviate or completely eliminate our patients' problems. The field of activity includes diagnostics, counseling and therapy for children, adolescents and adults. In addition to therapy with dogs and music therapy, we also offer video therapy.

For Ms. Mersewsky, head of the joint practice, it is important that employees feel comfortable in the company. She therefore conducts regular employee appraisals and supports professional development by covering the costs of further training and time off. If necessary, all employees can use the available equipment to relieve tension on the massage table, for example.

The group practice offers a wide range of services. Demand for these services remains high, but specialists are hard to find. Therefore, in addition to reviewing the previous measures for employees, the use of the results for the positive external image of the company was a key aspect.

The survey showed that networking and the external presentation of the company, in particular the website, need to be improved. At the same time, positive feedback was also received that the employees feel comfortable in the practice and see the practice community as an attractive employer.

We are also working on better communication due to the spatial separation of the specialist departments on different floors.
