Dental practice Dr. med. dent. M. Sc. Strößner + Team (2020, 2023*)

As a dental practice, we offer comprehensive dental care for our patients. This includes prophylactic measures, fillings, dentures, implants and aesthetic dental corrections. Our company philosophy is to offer our patients high-quality, individualized treatment that is tailored to their needs and wishes. We attach great importance to a friendly and trusting atmosphere in our practice.

We attach great importance to the further education and training of our employees in order to give them the opportunity to develop professionally and personally. We also offer flexible working hours and a pleasant working atmosphere to promote the well-being of our employees. We put "good work" into practice by focusing on the high quality of our services and working closely with our patients to meet their individual needs.

We decided to take part in the survey with Wertenetz in order to receive feedback from our employees and to continuously improve our working atmosphere and employer brand.

Based on the results of the survey, we have already taken a number of measures to improve the quality of service in our practice. These include training for our employees and the introduction of new processes in the practice organization.

In future, we would like to focus intensively on staff retention and motivation to ensure that we can retain our qualified staff in the long term. Among other things, regular staff appraisals and further training measures are planned.
