Since our foundation in Salzwedel in December 2012, we have developed over 280 websites, 35 apps and 80 web applications for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Participation in the Werteetz© survey was mainly motivated by the desire to introduce a new benefits program and at the same time evaluate the results of the survey anonymously. Through this approach, we aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and desires of our employees in order to create a working environment that is not only productive, but also supportive and motivating. The anonymity of the survey was designed to ensure that all participants felt free to provide honest and unbiased feedback, which is crucial to the effectiveness of the new benefits program.
In the future, we plan to work intensively on several key issues to secure skilled staff in order to not only retain but also strengthen and motivate our team. Areas that we would like to pay particular attention to include
