As a Protestant hospital, spiritual, pastoral and social services are important to us.
Our actions are based on the knowledge that every person is wanted and loved by God, unique and unmistakable.

The special, appreciative cooperation is particularly emphasized by the employees in our company. We launched employee events in 2022: Our colleagues can choose special activities, such as canoeing on the Saale river, white water rafting in Leipzig, mega zipline flight at Harzdrenalin at the Rappbodetalsperre dam or trips to major cities such as Hamburg, Berlin Dresden. These events are very well received and very popular.

We became aware of the survey through information from the state initiative Fachkraft im Fokus. The positive response we received in the course of many campaigns to promote employee satisfaction motivated us to take part in the value network survey.

We want to continue to work intensively on the following topics:

Maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction through events and offers; promoting personnel development within the company, e.g. by offering further and advanced training and promoting internal careers; promoting personnel recruitment measures via ambitious employees; maintaining family teams; promoting good quality management so that employees can be justifiably proud of proven good quality; when we say "More than medicine" in summary, then every employee must be certain that we will be able to fulfill this claim authentically and together.
