As Dienstleistungsservice Elke Klaus, we have been a strong partner for our customers in all matters relating to household and building services since 2004. Whether property or grave maintenance, renovation, laundry service, glass or building cleaning, with a team of almost 30 employees, we are a professional full-service provider in our region. We put together individual service packages for private and corporate customers from our wide range of building and cleaning services. We advise according to individual requirements. We will be celebrating our 20th anniversary next year.
We can respond flexibly to the wishes of our private and corporate customers. We also offer services for people with a care degree (household-related services). We operate regionally, which is particularly beneficial in terms of balancing work and family life. There is currently no shift work, which is particularly appealing to women with children.
We are aware of the state seal "The employee-oriented company - I feel at home here" and the value this also brings in terms of public image through my Chausseehaus gGmbH. The motivation is also to achieve a high level of employee participation and to survey employee satisfaction. The focus is on loyalty to the company.
We strive to train specialists in the field of housekeeping, as housekeeping staff often have no qualifications in this area. There are many career changers from other professional fields who reorient themselves due to the more favorable working hours. The area of salary was a point that we took up from the survey, which was not satisfactory. The area of service provision often tends to be in the low-wage segment. Particularly during the pandemic, we were very worried that we would lose customers if we raised prices. Nevertheless, we pay all employees more than the minimum wage.
