DRK Ambulante Pflege Börde GmbH (2019, 2021*)

The task of our nursing staff at DRK Ambulante Pflege Börde GmbH is to maintain the independence of our nursing clients for as long as possible despite their age, illness or disability. Thanks to home care, institutionalization or hospitalization can often be shortened or avoided altogether. Depending on the individual need for help and care, our outpatient services offer both physical care measures and treatment care.

We have open and respectful communication with our employees and offer active participation in the planning of duty rosters.

We have repeatedly taken part in the anonymous employee survey in order to create external transparency in all our areas.

The result of the employee survey is a confirmation for all employees of the very good work performed and will be continued in full with a great deal of motivation and love for the profession. In future, we would like to work intensively on continuous and specialist further training opportunities (practice supervisor, wound manager, palliative care specialist).
