Only with honest feedback can you find out where you stand and recognize potential for improvement. Our aim is to constantly improve. So there was a real trigger. It is a basic attitude.
We continue to focus on training and offer apprenticeships in our company.
We have spoken to employees again about continuing to give feedback, especially if they are not satisfied with something. We have asked them to tell us what needs to be changed and improved in terms of technical equipment and have gone straight into implementation.
