The survey held out the prospect of several advantages for us right from the start, so we quickly decided to take part. On the one hand, it was interesting for us to obtain an up-to-date assessment (how satisfied are we?) so that we could use the results to improve and develop further. On the other hand, we would like to use the results and the seal to show that evers is an interesting employer in general, but also in Saxony-Anhalt in particular, in order to attract new colleagues. Of course, we also want our (potential) customers to see how important people, the health of our employees and professional advice for our customers are to us.

With our specially developed series of workshops - the communication heroes - our management has given employees the opportunity to develop personally in a wide range of areas. Various resources are made available to enable regular participation. Registration for the workshop series was voluntary and all those interested were given a place. It was important to the management that people from all departments were represented in the program in order to strengthen communication and cohesion for even better cooperation in the future. The series of workshops is not yet over, but the response from our own ranks has been outstanding and that makes us proud. With this and other measures, we want to retain our specialists at evers in the long term.

We believe that there is always room for improvement and that this is a good thing. After all, this is the only way to develop as a company and each individual as a person and achieve the goals we have set ourselves. We were therefore delighted that the survey results also revealed this potential. These are now being evaluated and scrutinized by the team and measures for improvement are being decided. In order to share the results with the entire company, they were presented at our last staff meeting. The enthusiasm of all participants was great and the whole of evers is proud. Our next step is to communicate this to the outside world and provide information on various platforms. We are delighted to be able to use the seal
