EVL Truck & Trailer Service (2020*)

As an owner-managed company, the EVL Truck & Trailer Service team can look back on over 15 years of company history. The team takes care of all aspects of trucks, their repair and maintenance. For the owner, Kerstin Ehrenberg, it is not only important that the vehicles run smoothly, but also what motivates her employees.

We always involve our employees in important decisions. We are characterized by good working conditions and the use of state-of-the-art work equipment and tools.

We wanted to conduct the anonymous, online survey to find out what motivates our employees so that we can derive measures from it.

The results of the employee survey have shown that the current course can be maintained and that employees are already very satisfied. Nevertheless, there will be no standstill. Priority will always be given to employee loyalty to the company and the associated satisfaction of the workforce.
