For Thomas Barth, Managing Director of Fahrraddies in Halle, this quote from Adam Opel has become his motto in life. He wants to make the world of cyclists a better place. For him, the founding of Fahrraddie is a building block of this. A good working atmosphere and a good tone within the company are essential for him in order to retain motivated employees and share specialist knowledge. Due to a structural expansion and the associated change processes, it was therefore important for him to obtain an up-to-date status on the working atmosphere from a "neutral" body. He therefore carried out the Werteetz© survey for the second time in the company. Both times, the company was awarded the state seal of approval.</p
