For more than 30 years, our qualified team has been taking on specialist and interdisciplinary tasks both regionally and nationally and developing economical and sustainable solutions in a solution-, process- and customer-oriented manner. Founded in 1991, the engineering company is one of the most renowned and experienced companies in Saxony-Anhalt in the following business areas: expert opinions in the fields of geotechnics, environmental protection and hydrogeology, development of remediation concepts and planning, engineering support, project management, project controlling, field work.

With 32 employees, we have reached a size at which it can happen that certain developments (dissatisfaction, tensions) are no longer recognized / perceived by the managers. Here we wanted to monitor the "perceived good situation". We have already seen the "seal" at some companies ... we wanted that too :)

Further training for existing skilled workers! We have more than doubled our training measures in 2024 (supported by the ESF) and want to maintain this in 2024.
We invest in retaining student colleagues and try to make them part of our team at an early stage. To this end, we participate in the sciencemeetscompanies initiative. We provide intensive training for career changers and offer opportunities for career advancement.
