The company was founded in 2020 by Sissy Halboth and Kathrin Latta, who have made it their mission to accompany people competently, empathically and according to
systemic aspects with heart and mind to lead a happier and more successful life.
In the meantime, other people of heart have joined this vision and have allowed the H & L Coaching team to grow. A team that we are very proud of and that has found a working home with us.
