141 employees are 141 people with wishes, opinions and feelings. The value network survey enables us to listen to these many perspectives. Each individual takes the time to express how they feel at HASOMED and what else they need to feel good about coming to work in the morning. Sunday evening should be spent relaxing at home, without a stomach ache and with an eye on Monday. We want people to have fun at work and be able to concentrate fully on their work. We find out all the "little clouds" that could prevent them from doing so with the value network survey. It's a great opportunity for a sunny working day with us.

The professional development program was launched at the beginning of 2024 with a kick-off event. Work is currently continuing on the development of the concept. Regular development meetings are planned for 2025 so that every employee receives a meeting at least once a year. In the area of occupational health management, the topic of "avoiding mental overload" has been included in the annual plan. Corresponding measures are planned for 2025. In order to avoid knowledge silos among departing colleagues, more work is being done to improve the transfer and exchange of information.
