HUFCOR Germany GmbH (2021*)

For 25 years, HUFCOR Deutschland GmbH, based in Dessau, has been developing, planning and producing modern movable partition wall systems for conference centers, trade fairs and conference hotels of all sizes. In addition, more and more architects, planners and builders of kindergartens, schools, universities and public facilities have recently recognized the advantages of flexible room design using mobile partition walls. More than 7,000 wall elements made of wood, aluminum or glass are manufactured in Dessau every year. Added to this are the rail systems with a total length of around 7,500 meters. The customer base of HUFCOR Deutschland GmbH spans the entire continent and beyond: from the Baltic to the French Atlantic coast, from Scandinavia to the Bosporus and Israel. With a turnover of more than EUR 9 million in the last financial year, HUFCOR is one of the largest manufacturers in its sector in the European market.

We maintain a friendly atmosphere and pay attention to flat hierarchies. The management level can be approached directly at any time, accepts criticism and seriously examines suggestions and ideas from all employees. We try to involve the entire team through a high level of transparency. We always celebrate business successes together, both big and small. Regular events such as summer parties, watching soccer together, etc. strengthen a family relationship. We cultivate and promote mutual helpfulness, both in a professional and private context.

We came across the Werteetz© in the course of our personnel search. The possibility of having employee satisfaction surveyed and evaluated anonymously by an external body without a commercial background in order to derive practical steps for further development as an employer convinced us immediately.

We already have a high level of employee loyalty, which we want to strengthen further. We also want to convince future employees, who we are constantly on the lookout for, that we are a good employer. The survey also revealed that many of the team would like us to train our own junior staff. We are fulfilling this wish and will be training our own apprentices for the first time from 2023.
