We were interested in what our employees actually think about the company, whether and how satisfied they are with their employer; we were also interested in reflecting on the internal structures. The results were to form the basis for optimization, i.e. to increase employee satisfaction in a needs-oriented manner and to adapt structures according to efficiency aspects in particular. And, of course, positioning ourselves as an attractive employer also played a role.

We want to continue to develop and are interested in ways to efficiently digitalize currently analogue processes as part of project management. Another important point will be the integration of AI into project-specific processes. We are also working on permanently optimizing our communication and asking employees specifically about their training wishes and goals.
