"Good work" is characterized by a healthy and respectful error culture. In addition, there is a high level of commitment based on identification with the corporate culture. However, trust and reliability should be mentioned first and foremost, which is essential and very pronounced in our special day-to-day work, for example due to spontaneous substitutions in lessons. I would also like to define my concept of "good leadership". Experience has shown me that employees today want to be involved in decisions that affect the company's development, which gives them the feeling that they are part of something and have an important position in the company. Transparency seems to me to be a major factor, as employees in today's society tend to make assumptions/assumptions/assertions, which is not possible with an appropriate level of transparency and the resulting traceability of decisions. Clear, open and honest communication has the potential to automatically create a cooperative working culture.

In most situations, we value problem-solving and decision-making on an equal footing. Employees are involved in many situations, so that even the possibility of participation represents added value for employees. We also offer fixed monthly "team days" to give employees the opportunity to exchange ideas and further their own training. We also focus on the idea of employee health, which is made possible on the one hand by our flexible working time arrangements. With regard to employee health, in addition to several team events a year, we also cooperate with health insurance companies, where we receive and complete a health offer tailored to our needs following a detailed survey and analysis.

We would like to present and communicate our way of running a company and the culture within it to the outside world, perhaps to serve as an inspiring example for other companies. We were also convinced that we could achieve the national seal at the first attempt due to a large amount of positive feedback from the annual employee feedback meetings and the very low fluctuation within the team.
