We want to convey more joie de vivre and value awareness through conscious enjoyment and consumption. We consciously offer high-quality, fair, plant-based and innovative products. All our products are free from artificial additives, flavors, sugar, lactose, gluten and other frills. We are driven by our view of the future, transparency and our drive to do good in the world. We are a dynamic and owner-managed company and now offer over 240 different raw vegan foods and other products, all personally selected and often lovingly processed by hand. Every day we eat, every day we "consume"... - and so every single day in our lives we have the opportunity to take responsibility by carefully selecting the things we eat. Responsibility for ourselves and our well-being and responsibility for the resources, the environment and the coexistence on our planet. As is so often the case, the simplest things are the best and most effective. Personal contact with producers, careful processing and the shortest possible regional routes play a major role. The quality of the products speaks for itself and is unmistakable. And... - "PureRaw" naturally also offers suggestions for questions about preparation and applications. Because enjoyable food should be one thing above all: fun!

We do everything in-house. From production, storage, labeling, design, packaging, online store management, graphics and social media, we have endless design options. Our employees can get a taste of all areas and see what suits them best. We have created family-friendly working conditions, adjusted our opening hours and reduced our telephone hours.

The aim is not to become "company-blind" and to find out through the survey where the company stands in the subjective perception of the employees and whether we are on the right path. There was a desire for the survey because we wanted to find out whether what we do and how we do it is good in order to be attractive to employees.

We would like to revise the staffing and redistribute the tasks. A restructuring of skills is necessary as one employee is coming back from parental leave. We are also planning retraining in the creative field in a newly acquired video studio so that we can once again manage social media in-house. Forklift licenses for employees are also planned.
