We are not a profession, we live a vocation, because we have been landscape gardeners for generations. We pass on what we have learned from our ancestors. Our profession is not one of the oldest in the world for nothing!

We are always trying to develop ourselves further and create a working environment in which our colleagues feel comfortable, even if the construction sites are sometimes further away. This year, for example, we will uphold further training and improve our team with various measures. With the principle of an open door and an open ear, we are always ready to work with our colleagues to find the best solutions for them, for our customers and for our company.

Continuous improvement starts with an analysis within our own company. When we found out about the possibility of obtaining this analysis externally and independently, we didn't think twice and set about implementing it

We will continue to be open to career changers, intensify our training and actively support the further education and training of our colleagues at all times. In particular, older employees who may be able to take advantage of a short week but can no longer work 40 hours. We see professional potential here in the future.
