The Medical Service Saxony-Anhalt had already taken various steps in the past to increase its attractiveness as an employer for its 382 employees at the Magdeburg site. A good work-life balance and the opportunity to realize their own potential within the association are two aspects of the measures already introduced. With the help of the employee survey according to the values network© , further topics were to be developed to promote employee satisfaction. The MDK therefore took part in the employee survey and was awarded the state seal of approval "The employee-oriented company - I feel good here" in 2020.</p
