Naumburg nursing service and day care Rossol (2019*)

The team of 20 employees has been managed by Annett Rossol since 2013. The Naumburg care service is a provider of outpatient nursing and care for the elderly with a small, individual day care facility. As a link between home care and the possibility of remaining in one's own home, it bases its care on the WEG model (Weltbezogenheit-Einzigartigkeit-Ganzheit).

The daily routine includes care, activities, meals and nursing and medical care. The focus is on sociability and social contact, but the health care and nursing care of guests and the relief of caregiving relatives are also elementary components of the concept.

Short lines of communication between management and the team and a respectful tone are already firmly established. New employees are well trained by the permanent staff. There is a company pension scheme, company health insurance and a vacation allowance. In addition, the costs of further training are covered, the work is well paid and parents have a flexible start date.

The aim of the analysis was to obtain feedback on the current working atmosphere.

Following the evaluation, a management team was set up in order to utilize more competencies within the team. Individual agreements will be used in future to improve the work-life balance.
